The LIGHTHOUSE Philosophy
We seek opportunities for service.
We preserve knowledge so it is never lost.
We strengthen communities through collaboration rather than competition.
We prepare future generations by sharing what we have learned with integrity, respect, and humility.
We pursue excellence every day and welcome perfection whenever it visits.
We leave people, projects, and communities stronger than we found them.
Our Values
From Opportunity to Independence
CLF’s goal is not to create dependence. We help people gain knowledge, apply their skills, contribute to meaningful work, develop leadership capacity, and build sustainable futures of their own.
Partnership Model
CLF is being built as a mobile, partnership-centered organization. We collaborate with nonprofits, educational institutions, local government, businesses, creators, veterans, healthcare professionals, first responders, and community leaders while respecting each partner’s identity and mission.
Tenguu Vision may support qualifying creative, media, technology, and workforce initiatives through clearly documented collaborations. Community Lumen Foundation maintains separate governance, finances, decision-making, and public-benefit responsibilities.
Founding Leadership
Community Lumen Foundation is guided by leaders with experience in military service, technology, filmmaking, media, athletics, mentorship, organizational development, and community engagement.

Built Transparently
CLF documents the reasoning, milestones, lessons, and decisions behind its formation. Through governance records, the Founder’s Journal, program reporting, and future annual impact updates, we intend to preserve institutional knowledge and remain accountable to the communities we serve.
Carry the Light Forward
CLF is developing partnerships and preparing its first areas of service. We welcome conversations with organizations and community leaders interested in education, workforce development, media arts, technology, veterans, youth development, and public service.
